Drama Mama & No Coffee
I have been trying to come off of coffee and apparently I am a little snappy or so says my family. They said I remind them off a crocodile. I have the appearance of a smile but if you get to close watch out I might take your head off.
I cut cold turkey one time...(not that I cut cold turkey - but I quit coffee "cold turkey")... ;) I did really well for a few months actually. From 8 cups a day to nothing just like that...
But then, I slowly started again. I'm certainly not up to 8 cups, and I don't have it every day - but I still drink a cup every now and then. Mostly decaff though....

Look out!! I'm sorry to say, I've had croc moments too. Praise God they are moments!!!

I successfully went decaf a couple of times...but then have life where I need the mental boost. Good luck.
